Eligibility: This offer is valid only for guests who have previously stayed at Spiritwood through online booking or Airbnb. You must provide your confirmation code from your previous stay to qualify for the discount.

Booking: To redeem the 15% discount, bookings must be made directly through email at bookings@spiritwood.co.nz or via Instagram messaging. The discount is not available through third-party booking platforms.

Bond: A security bond of $300 is required for each booking to cover potential damages or additional cleaning. The bond will be fully refunded within 1-2 working days after check-out, provided no damages or additional charges apply.

Validity: This offer is valid for new bookings made within 12 months from the date of your original stay. The discount is subject to availability and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Guest Identification: For safety and verification purposes, all guests booking directly (not through Airbnb or other third-party platforms) are required to provide a valid form of photo identification — either a driver’s license or passport — prior to check-in.

This process helps us verify each booking, maintain the security of our property, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
All identification provided will remain confidential and used solely for booking verification.

Cancellation and Modifications: Standard cancellation and modification policies apply. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

Confirmation Code: You must provide a valid confirmation code from your previous stay at the time of booking.

Exclusions: This offer excludes any special event periods or peak season dates. Please check availability and rates with us directly.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged in advance but are subject to availability and additional charges.

Maximum Occupancy and Additional Guests: The accommodation allows a maximum of 2 guests unless otherwise discussed. Additional guests may be allowed with prior approval and an extra charge.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Any violation of this policy may result in a deduction from the security bond.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. However, service animals are legally allowed as per applicable laws.

Changes: Spiritwood reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

Damage and Cleaning Policy: Any damage to property or excessive cleaning required beyond standard expectations may result in a partial or full deduction of the security bond.

Liability Disclaimer: Spiritwood is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests should take appropriate precautions and ensure the safety of their personal items.
