• Your full name
• Your mobile number
• Preferred dates for your stay
• Number of guests
• A screenshot of your guest profile on a recognised booking platform (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Bookabach) showing your review history while logged in

Or message us on Instagram @spiritwoodnz with the same details.

Once your details are received and verification is complete, we'll email payment details and a short PDF with check-in instructions.

By emailing or messaging to book directly, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Spiritwood Terms & Conditions.

Note:

All first-time direct bookings are subject to Spiritwood approval and verification, including:

• Valid photo ID (driver licence or passport) prior to check-in
• Evidence of a positive accommodation track record on a recognised booking platform

If verification cannot be provided, the booking will not be accepted.
